In case it had escaped your notice, today is the second Friday the 13th in a month. But while you're avoiding black cats, ladders and mirrors, spare a thought for poor old Nicolas Cage. No, not because his hair seems to have taken on a life of its own, but because he is facing what could be the end of the world...



Ok, so not in real life but in Knowing, the new movie from film-maker Alex Proyas (The Crow and I, Robot). Released on March 25th, the film stars Cage as teacher who opens a time capsule dug up at his son's school only to discover it contains a host of terrifying predictions - some that have already occurred and some that have yet to happen...
